Matt began his career in 2017 on the HR Graduate Scheme at JLR, taking on various roles primarily in People Partnering. A key experience was supporting the launch of the Tata Gigafactory in Somerset (Agratas) before moving to lead the People agenda at InMotion Ventures. Matt is CIPD qualified and holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Leicester.
