Louis Fearn – Principal

Louis joined InMotion in 2020, and is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, executing new deals and portfolio management. He has a particular interest in climate tech and is the team’s specialist sustainability investor.

Louis started his career as a graduate with Barclays in London, where he developed his skills in corporate finance, client relationship management, and corporate strategy. Prior to InMotion Ventures, he was an early employee at a B2B software startup, leading the company’s launch and growth across the UK and European markets.

Louis holds an MPhil in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MA in International Relations & Management from the University of St Andrews, where he also held the position of President of the School of Management. Outside of work, Louis is an avid traveller, photographer, and tennis player.
